• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not purchasing products for personal consumption or for use on any human being, including yourself.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

Arcadia Labs LLC d/b/a Iron Steed Labs makes no representations or warranties regarding the fitness of any product for any purpose. Any use of our products outside of legitimate research contexts is expressly unauthorized and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

The following uses of Arcadia Labs LLC d/b/a Iron Steed Labs products and this Site are strictly prohibited:

• Resale for human use: Purchasing products with the intent to resell, distribute, or supply them to individuals for human consumption, self-administration, or any non-research purpose.

• Currency: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
• Order acceptance: Submission of an order does not constitute a binding contract until Arcadia Labs LLC d/b/a Iron Steed Labs confirms the order in writing (including via email).
• All sales final: Due to the nature of research compounds and for regulatory and quality-control reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in cases of a documented product defect or fulfillment error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged in transit).
• Product defects: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must contact us at legal@ironsteedlabs.com within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence and order details. We will review the claim and, at our sole discretion, issue a replacement or credit.
• Pricing changes: Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at checkout is the final price charged.
• Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, import duties, customs fees, or other charges imposed by your jurisdiction.
• Payment security: Arcadia Labs LLC d/b/a Iron Steed Labs does not store credit card or payment information. All payment data is handled directly by Square in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

2. Binding arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in Virginia. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
3. Class action waiver: You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Arcadia Labs LLC d/b/a Iron Steed Labs.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Arcadia Labs LLC d/b/a Iron Steed Labs reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

Arcadia Labs LLC d/b/a Iron Steed Labs reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time, in its sole discretion, without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Site.

We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page whenever changes are made. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of products following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
